The information you provide on these websites will be provided to the participating school districts. You may be contacted by one or more of the districts; personal interviews will be scheduled as needed by the districts. By completing the forms on these sites, you are certifying that the information is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Also, by completing the form, you are authorizing the Educator Placement Service to release the information to the participating districts. Member districts may request additional information.
