Instructional Leadership Development Training is a state developed training designed to prepare school leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary for instructional leadership. ILD is required prior to PDAS appraiser training.

May 1-31, 2013 - due by April 17 or June 3-28, 2013 - due by May 20 or July 1-19, 2013 - due by June 17

$600 (includes certificate fee of $75) , $55 cancellation fee

Only Region 13 issues PDAS and ILD certficates. After completing ILD training participants can go to the link above and print out their certficate. Be sure to enter your name exactly the way it was on your registration form. From the drop down box select ILD training.

Individuals who completed ILD training in the summer of 2008 will be required to submit an online application for certification and a $75.00 certification fee to ESC XIII in order to be granted ILD certification.
