- Collect and disseminate literature and information on innovative high school programs, post secondary options, and transition services
- Facilitate interagency coordination of school districts and other state agencies/organizations serving individuals with disabilities
- Provide training in transition planning as the foundation for the development of the Individual Education Program at the secondary level
- Collaborate with Head Start, Early Head Start, Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities (PPCD) on early childhood transitions
- Provide technical assistance and training to vocational adjustment/transition personnel and parents
