The ESC17 sponsors an annual Health and Nutrition Expo in December at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. The Expo will provide educational sessions for students and adults on nutrition, health, and wellness topics. The Civic Center exhibit hall will house numerous booths where vendors will display everything related to commercial foods, commodity processed foods, and equipment related to school food service as well as health and nutrition resources and services available to districts.
